Check Your Status Order

As long as you're registered and logged in, just click the Your Account link at the top of the page. You'll find your Order History on that page. During the process of purchase, you should receive several emails from us. There will be an email confirming your order information, and we will also email you the tracking number after we ship out your order.  Number tracking not show information delivery between 5-8 days. 

Login to our system and get the mail tracking number of your parcel from the My Account -> Order History page

You also can sign in Your King-Magic.com account to check status of all your orders . You can also contact with our online salesmen or customer service representative to get help. You should check with your country post office tracking system, because "departure from outward office of exchange " is the last status that you will see on China Post, from there on, the updates should appear on your local post tracking system.
