Minor hiccup with my order due to new system, but excellent customer service from Tao - could not do enough to assist me and get things back on track. Can't wait to get items. Super escited.

Customer service was excellent when trying to solve problem. Instruction videos on nearly all products. Only in Chinese but English speaking people will understand demo by watching.

Ho deciso di fare un ordine , e fino alla fine lo staff di kingmagic mi è stato vicino ad aiutarmi, per ogni piccola cosa;I tempi di spedizione sona stati perfetti, mi è arrivato dopo soli 10 giorni.purtroppo all interno del pacco nn vi erano tutti gli articoli ordinati, ma sempre grazie al magico staff di kingmagic abbiamo trovato assieme la soluzione migliore di rimborso.
sono dunque pienamente soddisfatto.
