International Customers 

Usually we use dhl/fedex/tnt/ups/special airline to send out the parcel to our customers.
Kingmagic don't provide free shipping. Shipping fee has included packing charges, operation fee.

  2. China Post Air - China post air mail 
  3. Sea Service - Door to your harbor

Shipping Address :
 You are required to write the same shipping address in the paypal transaction and in the king-magic.com order. Please leave a phone number which can largely help with the Courier. We can NOT ship orders to APO addresses.

Fast shipping and safe , It could be longer for countries which have less flight to hong kong. the actual delivery time may vary slightly, depending on the local Customs .

EMS ships via express with a maximum weight per box of 20 kgs. This service is the most economical and fast service we have which offers order tracking over the internet and insurance.

Delivery lead time - China Post/Hong Kong
Shipping time usually takes 3-5 business weeks , delivery time is extremely long. the actual delivery time may vary slightly, depending on the local Customs and the local post office.

The duration of delivery is highly subjected to the workload of the global postal system. In some cases your package may arrive very quick, maybe even within a week and in some instances could take up to 2 months.

ships via sea with a minimum weight of 100 kg. take Between a month and a half to 3 months.

How do I check on my order?

An important note about package tracking china post:
In case you do not see any information when you try to track your package on china post- this information can be updated on their website several days after you received the tracking number. In several countries, china post' tracking number will not provide any information at all, only after the package had reached it's destination country.

Express Shipment:
all the express shipments are headed to hong kong first, and from there to the destination country, they might be delayed for customs control before shipped to the destination because some products are not allowed for shipment by the chinese authorities. If your shipment is delayed for more than two weeks without any tracking number provided to you, please contact us.

Shipping Cost 
Shipping fee is calculated by system automatically, based on parcel weight. All prices are in US Dollar. You can add item to shopping cart,then shipping cost will be estimated. 


For your information, the shipping fee is charged according to both actual weight and volume weight (volume weight = length*width*height/5000 or 6000), so usually king-magic.com have to bear more cost because of the bigger parcel. If the volume weight is more than the actual weight, King-magic.com will ignore the actual weight.

Why the shipping fee is so high?
We configure the shipping fee to encourage the wholesale order.The more weight is the order, the lower shipping fee depending on weight. The shipping fee for small orders is a bit high, but the shipping fee is low for order more than 20 kgs.

Delivery duration: Usually your parcel will be shipped out within 2-3 work days after your order is paid.

Holidays in china
Also, when at holidays at either China or the destination country, the lead time will be extended. Such extending will be extreme when during Christmas and Chinese New Year Listen ferier i Kina .
